PDF Watch Viewer : WristDocs — Android phone app and Wear OS watch app

Last updated: October 28, 2026

ONNEX YAZILIM ANONIM SIRKETI ("we", "us") operates the WristDocs apps for Android and Wear OS (the "App"). This policy explains what data the App processes, why, who processes it for us, and the choices you have. It applies only to the Android and Wear OS apps; the iOS app has its own privacy policy.

In short: You don't create an account. The App uses a random app ID instead of your name or email. Your documents are stored on your phone and watch, and on our servers only as needed to deliver them to your watch. Optional features send data to service providers that work for us: file conversion (CloudConvert) and AI summaries and questions (OpenAI, only after you agree). We use analytics and crash reports to improve the App, and we measure which of our Google ads lead to installs and purchases. We do not show ads in the App and do not sell your data.

1. App ID (no account)

When you first open the App, it signs in anonymously with Firebase Authentication. This creates a random User ID, which you can see in Settings › About. We use it to link your documents, purchases, AI usage limits and analytics to your installation. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number.

3. AI summaries and questions (optional)

AI features are optional and only work after you allow them in the App. When you create a summary or ask a question:

If you report an answer or summary from the App, we store the reported text, the question it answered, the reason you chose, the app version, language and your User ID for up to 180 days to review it and improve our filters.
